About the event
Balik Cebu is a program of Cebu tourism industry stakeholders that welcomes balikbayans and guests arriving in Cebu to enjoy and celebrate the festivities of the Sinulog. Conceived as a welcoming initiative for both balikbayans and Cebuanos returning home, the Balik Cebu program has been a longstanding tradition for over three decades. Initiated by various Cebu tourism industry stakeholders, it serves as a crucial bridge, reconnecting balikbayans to the heart of Cebu's joyous festivities.
