About the event
The 10-day festival celebrates Calape's rich ancestry and devotion of its people to its patron saint, San Vicente Ferrer. Pahinungod comes from a local word which means, "offer". This is the reason why Calapehanons comes home every town fiesta to offer its devotion and thanks to San Vicente Ferrer. Streetdancing competitions, nightly concerns, and beauty contests are among the hihglights of the festival.
