About the event
The Sandugo Festival is the biggest festival in Bohol. It commemorates the treaty of Friendship between local Boholano chieftain, Datu Sikatuna, and Spanish conquistador, Miguel Lopez de Legaspi. Several activities are organized for the month-long celebration including agri fairs, travel trade expos, cultural night and concerts, business symposiums, and art exhibits to name a few.
